The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) has officially opened applications for its 24-month Graduate Development Programme for 2026/2027. ICASA Graduate Programme Overview

The ICASA Graduate Development Programme is designed to equip young professionals with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on industry experience. Participants will work under the guidance of experienced mentors, receive continuous performance evaluations, and benefit from career development support throughout the programme.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the ICASA Graduate Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must have completed a relevant qualification from a recognised institution
  • Must be currently unemployed
  • Must submit all required documents:
    • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
    • Motivational letter
    • Academic transcripts and also
    • Proof of extracurricular activities

Salary and Benefits

Successful applicants will receive a Total Cost to Company package ranging between R183,160 and R186,160 per annum, depending on the programme. Additional benefits include:
